A lovely experience (my third time) on a Chao Praya cruise. It's always nice to relax onboard of this magnificent ships. Staff very polite and efficient, nice trip along the beauties on the river (amazing the Wat Arun temple) . The activity itself is excellent! however, I have a complain about time. Our cruise did not started on time but it finished on time wich I think is not fair. Also I was expecting to see Wat Arun and the temples at night, and yes we did see them but, it was during the time we were in the line for the buffet, so we didn't have a good chance to take pictures; anyway we tought we will have a chance to see it again, but it didn't happend... maybe you can give a heads up saying that this is the only moment you will be able to take pictures of it, or maybe we can do the route in reverse, and first taking us to the soutern part of the river and in the end, when we already had dinner have the chance to really appreciate the temples.

The cruise was lovely and well planned and managed. The stff onboard the cruise was so friendly and welcoming and smiling always. The food was great and the free for all beer was a great welcome. The ticketing experience was the worse we have experienced. we were at the ticket counter to collect the tickets and were informed that our names were not on the list. The ticket counter tried to contact the ticket agent to rectify the problem but no response from the agent. Finally, they took us to the crusie ship and made us wait there . Almost all the passengers went in before we could board the ship. We missed out on the best seats in the top deck . We are very disappoint with the ticketing agency. What a horrible performance by the ticket agent. We are truly disappointed and angry..

Oh, it was a wonderful sailing experience on the Chao Phraya Princess IV cruise on the River. The beautiful scenes of the temple and Bangkok made for a great experience. The Indian vegetarian food was surprisingly good, which I had not expected in Bangkok. The DJs were incredibly talented at playing popular Hindi songs. Since it was Holi, they also included Holi songs, as well as songs from Assamese, Maharashtrian, Punjabi and Gujarati cultures.

The views were spectacular, but they cut our cruise short by 30 minutes due to leaving late and having to return to board the next group. The staff also rushed us during our meal and the food was not great. I don't think I would recommend this cruise to anyone else.

This cruise has no organization when food was available. The entertainment was ok. There is alcohol available at purchase and the ice cream was e delicious.

Superb food, excellent service, wonderful singer, great atmosphere - all at a reasonable price. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience, watching the sunset, sailing on the Chao Phraya. No better way to celebrate my father's 81st birthday which is the reason we came to Bangkok as a family. It's our first time to visit Thailand, the cruise is definitely a highlight of this holiday. Oh, it was a wonderful sailing experience on the Chao Phraya Princess IV cruise on the River. The beautiful scenes of the temple and Bangkok made for a great experience. The Indian vegetarian food was surprisingly good, which I had not expected in Bangkok. The DJs were incredibly talented at playing popular Hindi songs. Since it was Holi, they also included Holi songs, as well as songs from Assamese, Maharashtrian, Punjabi and Gujarati cultures.

I had the chance to try a buffet on a cruise here in Bangkok, and the experience was lovely mainly because of the views, which are truly amazing. However, I wasn’t really happy with the food. I went because the buffet was advertised as international, but honestly, the dishes were mostly focused on Asian and Indian cuisine. There were no pork or meat options, which was a big contrast for me since I’m from Latin America and expected to see more variety. Also, I paid quite a lot for the entrance, so I was expecting much more when it came to the food. In that sense, it was definitely not great.

Very good experience. The food is excellent. Too bad we couldn't choose the seating because we were inside. In the end we went up to the upper deck standing up just after the meal to enjoy the concert and illuminations. The concert was great! Great sound and beautiful vocals. On the other hand, the very, very short Thai dance was dull, with very sad music. We've seen better quality performances in Chiang Mai. The 2 dancers spend more time having their picture taken for 100 bahts'. Drinks and photos are expensive: 200 bahts and 300 bahts'. In the end, we loved sharing this moment with our family on the boat, even though we were standing up because our table was inside. We'll have to see if it's worth taking the deluxe one and not the 1st price without the dance show.

Hello, I sad to say that we didn't even get to experience the cruise. This was our last night in Bangkok and we were looking forward to celebrating this way. We took a grab car to the venue and traffic was horrible so timing was tight, but still made it. However it was very crowded and hard to figure out where we were supposed to go for our tickets (we had mobile tickets but the email said we needed to go to the ticket counter to exchange those for paper tickets, which makes no sense and made everything more difficult ) by the time we maneuvered through the very busy area and found a tiny table with no one at it, we then just made our way out to the dock area to try our luck there but by now it was too late and we were told the boat had just left. If we could receive a refund that would be really appreciated. We were so sad to miss this!

We had booked the top floor, the decor is magnificent, Bangkok at night is fabulous, the on-board staff are adorable, the buffet is quite good, and the entertainment is also very good. The only downside was the queue for service.

A lovely experience (my third time) on a Chao Praya cruise.
It's always nice to relax onboard of this magnificent ships.
Staff very polite and efficient, nice trip along the beauties on the river (amazing the Wat Arun temple) .
If I can give an advice, please offer more western food because there are many tourists coming out of Asia.

Bought my mom a cruise ticket. It was my mom's first time in Thailand. The food was international, everything was delicious and fresh. Fruits, vegetables, desserts, fresh fish and meat. There was also live music playing. The hosts asked where the guests came from and sang songs of these countries. They sang a Russian song. I was very surprised, it was a pleasure. Incredible sunset and memories for a lifetime. Thank you to the whole cruise team ❤️❤️❤️❤️
