Hello, we were able to visit the Park but when it came time to take the Park safari by bus, we realized that the tickets were no longer in our possession. The restaurant staff had taken them from us and didn't give them back, so we were in a bind without the tickets and I was refused the electronic ticket for the Park safari, which is a shame.
Very expensive to buy food or even water there. For everything we had to pay the ticket

The worst experience I have ever received! Up till now I haven't gotten my refund yet for a ticket I did not use! I am still waiting, and would rarely hear from the customer's team through an email that they are still waiting to find out from their partner before they issue a refund, it's getting to a month. Saying these guys have terrible customer service would be an understatement!
Overall a bad experience as show timing eere intentionally not same as provided on ticket page

Service in terms of transportation to n fro our hotel was timely n comfortable. Driver Ms Baah was very friendly n helpful. The animal shows esp Dolphin Show was extremely exhilarating. International buffet at Blossom restaurant in terms of the food was delicious. Setup of chairs and tables for the guests were nicely done, tidy n proper. But in terms of paper printed map, not able to locate BLOSSOM restaurant, so may need an update on that. Thank you.

Everything is very much to your liking! You have to get physical tickets at the princesa chao prai department near Gate #5 in Iconsiam mall, only then go to pier #4. Online tickets are not allowed. Great buffet, live music, great view of Bangkok at night. There is no reception table at iconsiam pier #4 itself, and competitors with tables are not willing to Share information. We spotted a representative of Princess Chao Pray just 30 min before departure. We recommend this event👍!!!
This cruise is amazing I would 100% recommend it. The food is excellent and have many choices of different foods. The sightseeing is amazing also. The staff and service is fantastic.

Was busy and also overcrowded also did not get to see everything long ques and to get around is a it confusing also u have to pay extra to see certain things such as giraffes and lions etc and does not mention this is the information provided it's 300baht per animal

We enjoyed all the shows with the animals and close contact with the animals. Really a great experience. There was absolutely no problem with the pick-up by the driver and getting the tickets. Perfect day.
It was easy to find the meeting point , the driver was very kind to us, guided us till the inside of marine park , and he drove safely! The best point was only us in the van , that gave us the flexibility of timing arrangent. It was a very pleasant experience with Headout!
Dear Sir, I contacted multiple times through your apps but did not find any guide in front of MBK center Gate 1 or Marine Park or Safari World ticket counter. Due to which I was delayed in going to Marina Park and didn't get to see the elephant show. Our ticket was pre-paid by credit card for peak and drop service, but I did not receive any peak and drop service. Then we could not visit the safari park as no guide person was available and we could not find the bus to the safari park. Being a foreigner and because of the language problem, I had a lot of trouble with my children, the children also cried a lot. So I request to refund the pick and drop and safari park ticket price through credit card gateway.
Such a wonderful experience. Eye catcher for everyone specially kids will enjoy. Lots of shows to cheer. As it was Sunday the place was overcrowded

The driver was very patient as he drive slowly through safari park without rushing. There should be more shows at the same time to reduce the crowd. There were insufficient seats for the shows
Must watch and don't miss attraction. All shows are curated to interest audience of all ages. The animals are kept in good conditions. Definitely worth a visit for family and kids.
I appreciate all the help and organization they provide us. I had a misunderstanding by my part on the meeting time and I got called and messaged by the organization to make sure I could get the transportation to my attraction and the driver even thou waited for me more than usual was super polite and helpful and we really enjoyed our Safari World tour. I definitely recommend this app and company and for sure I will have reservations with them again in the future!!!!
The pick up location was convenient, just behind MBK. Timely start and helpful driver. Took us to safari with the same van. Awesome experience. But more 1 hour stay at marine park would be better.
The price is cheaper than to buy ticket on the spot. The driver is very helpful and save us a lot of hassle. Definitely recommended to purchase here than to manage it by ourselves.

From the top of the Mahanakhon Skywalk, the city stretched beneath me like a glowing tapestry it was a view I’ll never forget
360 degrees of view give a peace of mind and the scenery is perfect. Enjoying and relaxing at the top view and will go there again on my next trip
