Everything is very much to your liking! You have to get physical tickets at the princesa chao prai department near Gate #5 in Iconsiam mall, only then go to pier #4. Online tickets are not allowed. Great buffet, live music, great view of Bangkok at night. There is no reception table at iconsiam pier #4 itself, and competitors with tables are not willing to Share information. We spotted a representative of Princess Chao Pray just 30 min before departure. We recommend this event👍!!!

I had a great time for my birthday on the cruise ship, the view, the weather were perfect to see all the wonders of bangkok at night, good entertainment, a little crowded when we went to help ourselves to the buffet.

We had a wonderful evening aboard the Chao Phraya Princess Cruise. From the moment we stepped on the boat, the ambiance was vibrant and elegant. The buffet dinner offered a wide variety of dishes — Thai classics, seafood, international cuisine, and tasty desserts. Everything was fresh and delicious. The live music added a perfect touch to the evening. The band played a mix of international and Thai songs, with great energy and interaction with the guests. It created a fun and romantic vibe as we cruised past Bangkok’s iconic landmarks like the Grand Palace, Wat Arun, and Rama VIII Bridge, all beautifully lit at night.

The views were spectacular, but they cut our cruise short by 30 minutes due to leaving late and having to return to board the next group. The staff also rushed us during our meal and the food was not great. I don't think I would recommend this cruise to anyone else.

Today i feel only one india culture songs playing like gujrati no punjabi not even English only 1 -2 two songs English all gujrati in ur cruise worldwide people came so please take care all of them i'm not make complaint just adivse thank you i have only 1 issue i explain in experience box no any other issues thank you

This was clearly the highlight of our trip to Thailand. The experience was very classy with live music, gourmet food and great service. The staff was very helpful and kind.

It was an AMAZING experience. Food was just like any other buffet, okay. But music and interaction with staff and guests was the best. Specially, when everyone got up to dance to music from other countries.

This cruise is amazing I would 100% recommend it. The food is excellent and have many choices of different foods. The sightseeing is amazing also. The staff and service is fantastic.

Everything was smooth from embarking and disembarking. Food was in good variety and tasty. We celebrated a birthday on board and the feeling was awesome.

The unlimited buffet food was the best part of the cruise while enjoying the view of river and all its surrounding at night. It was a relaxing night.

A most enjoyable time, nearly two hours,spent on the river,a great selection of food,very pleasant staff,and excellent entertainment. And the free beer was an added bonus. Highly recommended..

The River Cruise was as expected. Food, drinks (free beer and even wine) were served in abundance. The dance show was enjoeyed by may people. However the timing of the cruise was changed to 20.15 with actual departure at 20.25 instead of 19.45. The waiting area for the prolonged time has no real seats and was crowded like an Indian Railway station.

We loved the Luxury White dinner cruise. The staff were amazing. The range of food was incredible and fresh. We enjoyed the entertainment and views. Great value and we will definitely book it again.

As of this day, it's one of the best dinner cruise experience for us, it's added to our book of memory's. It's a special celebration onboard the white luxury dinner cruise.😊❤️

Took the White Orchid Sunset Cruise for a spin on the Chao Phraya and here’s the tea: ✨ Views? Gorgeous. Bangkok really knows how to show off when the sun goes down. 🍴 Food? Let’s just say the buffet didn’t rock my boat. A few hits, mostly misses. 🎶 Entertainment? Fun in parts, a little cruise-cheesy in others. Would I go again? Maybe — but for the view, not the vibe. A solid 6/10 experience, and now I know: sometimes the journey is prettier than the plate.

Buffet food was not hot , we were positioned inside and was first to get food that was cold. Better to seated outside for view. Staff were friendly .

We stayed on the top floor and really enjoyed the view. The beer, unlike the food, was served throughout the tour, with no restrictions.

The activity itself is excellent! however, I have a complain about time. Our cruise did not started on time but it finished on time wich I think is not fair. Also I was expecting to see Wat Arun and the temples at night, and yes we did see them but, it was during the time we were in the line for the buffet, so we didn't have a good chance to take pictures; anyway we tought we will have a chance to see it again, but it didn't happend... maybe you can give a heads up saying that this is the only moment you will be able to take pictures of it, or maybe we can do the route in reverse, and first taking us to the soutern part of the river and in the end, when we already had dinner have the chance to really appreciate the temples.

unfortunately some of food offered had caused stomach disease to me amd my family I could imagine probably sushi/sashimi. For the rest everythinh was ok

The night drive through Bangkok is simply fantastic. The buffet was good, the staff very friendly. The music was too loud. A little more than half of it consisted of Chinese pop songs.

It was a good experience. I think the boat should have a outside area because when you take the photos it's really difficult and the reflection comes on your photos. Food was good. Entertainment was okay. I really expected it to be a lot better and if you take photos with the dancers they tip, I think this was the Overall good

I had the chance to try a buffet on a cruise here in Bangkok, and the experience was lovely mainly because of the views, which are truly amazing. However, I wasn’t really happy with the food. I went because the buffet was advertised as international, but honestly, the dishes were mostly focused on Asian and Indian cuisine. There were no pork or meat options, which was a big contrast for me since I’m from Latin America and expected to see more variety. Also, I paid quite a lot for the entrance, so I was expecting much more when it came to the food. In that sense, it was definitely not great.

Very good. The booking in process was smooth and without any issues I've done a few of these and Royal Princess Cruise is definately the best one

It was a nice evening with dull of dance drinks and sumptuous dinner . We liked the live music. Everything was fun

Nothing! It was disastrous the whole experience not to mention disgraceful food and people with no manners or respect especially having a young child, also no Thai dancing ad advertised, just English 1980's junk songs that went out with the ark, would never recommend or do it again

My flight arrived 1 hour late. I wrote to change either the time or the date and it was not possible. We ran anyway to get there and even though the cruise had not left we were not allowed to board. And the worst thing is that it was empty and very few people were on board.

We had booked the top floor, the decor is magnificent, Bangkok at night is fabulous, the on-board staff are adorable, the buffet is quite good, and the entertainment is also very good. The only downside was the queue for service.

Stunning views and friendly staff as expected from Thailand. The only thing that wasn't up to expectation was the food buffet which was far from great.

The cruise is very pleasant, the atmosphere is good and the wait at the buffet is not too long. On the other hand, they tell you that the cruise lasts 2 hours, which is completely false. From departure to arrival at the quay it takes exactly 1h15.

I didn't expect too much... but I must say that everything was managed in a very organized manner. The cruise was fun and the food? Honestly? Absolutely delicious! A recommended experience!

Standing online waiting was uncomfortable. There were some confusion on where to stand in line. The food was not very good and no soft drinks offered only water. This cruise has no organization when food was available. The entertainment was ok. There is alcohol available at purchase and the ice cream was e delicious.

I expected to get a seating on top level, but it was on the basement level. Chairs are not in a good shape, all in all no luxury dinner cruise as it offered. Also in booking process we had no chance to book an acceptable level as I expect (no information at booking process)

Fine Celebrated Golden Anniversary on cruise

The food was not good. The cruise was overly booked so it was too crowded and I couldn't even get to the food easily. My table location was not too bad except I couldn't see any of the performances. Overall I'd never go again and I'd never recommend anyone else to go unless I could get a cruise that was less crowded had better food and was more of a romantic experience that I expected.

Food, Customer Service and the band!

Menu was different than what was mentioned in the booking. Also the quality of food was bad . It feel like it is stale food .

Some of the other passengers are very rude and will trample anyone even children to stampede towards average food at best. Besides that the river ride is nice with great views, live music, and cool breeze from the upper deck. Oh and free beer doesn't hurt nobody!

Extremely crowded. The buffet line was too crowded, long Q. Very limited movement space with a massive crowd. The cruise deck staircase and deck wasn't user friendly for physical challenge person/seniors. A good point was the service crew and staff were helpful.

The atmosphere was lovely and the entertainment was very enjoyable. We were very impressed with the singers and dancers who were very sociable. Our only comment would be towards some of the guests who commanded the buffet and made that unpleasant and difficult to access the food .

Hello, I sad to say that we didn't even get to experience the cruise. This was our last night in Bangkok and we were looking forward to celebrating this way. We took a grab car to the venue and traffic was horrible so timing was tight, but still made it. However it was very crowded and hard to figure out where we were supposed to go for our tickets (we had mobile tickets but the email said we needed to go to the ticket counter to exchange those for paper tickets, which makes no sense and made everything more difficult ) by the time we maneuvered through the very busy area and found a tiny table with no one at it, we then just made our way out to the dock area to try our luck there but by now it was too late and we were told the boat had just left. If we could receive a refund that would be really appreciated. We were so sad to miss this!

After my four time's I always enjoy the dining cruise on chaopraya river in bangkok and... the staff on the ticket desk was like professional...see you again

The "Cruzeiro" was excellent, despite the rain. The duet is very good and the local dance "show" is perfectly dispensable. We didn't eat anything from the buffet, not only because of the passengers' lack of education, but also because of the quality of the food.
