  • The aquarium is open every day of the week from 10 am to 8 pm, even on public holidays. The last entry is at 7 pm. 
  • The best time to visit SEA LIFE Bangkok would be in the morning as soon as it opens or between 5 pm and 6 pm to avoid crowds. Weekdays, especially mid-week see fewer crowds too. 
  • SEA LIFE Bangkok gets the most crowds during the winter months (November to February) and moderate footfall during monsoon (July to October). Since the aquarium is indoors, it is a good tourist destination all year round.

Originally named Siam Ocean World, the aquarium opened in December 2005. Operated by Merlin Entertainments, a UK-based company, it was rebranded as SEA LIFE Bangkok in 2014 to align with the global SEA LIFE network.
