Perfect pace to capture monuments
It's easy to book and piers are clean. But for those who are driving specifically on Phra Arthit pier, be careful with parking spots because we were given a ticket for parking across the pier which is weird because everybody else got their spot and we are among the chosen to get a violation
It was good experience to cruise the river. However, we were not happy with the service because we were told to get off the boat at one end & have to wait for 20 minutes before we can get back on board. At the opposite end again we were told to get off & switch boat but this time we didn't have to wait. Other than that the cruise was good.
The hop on hop off ferry was excellent. Ability to stop and explore the sites of bangkok and then get back on was great. Get supplied a map with the attractions to see. All this for a very cheap price. Cannot fault it.
Easy online booking, punctual arrival, clean boat, and cheap. A must do for newcomers to Bangkok
Was easy getting on and off, but sometimes had to wait quite a while for a boat but staff were good
It was amazing experience, love to keep on using this app
Over all concept is very good .Boat is stopping on all major points and It's well connected with the city. Cahrges are genuine .overall Service was awesome. It's must needed for the tourists who is visiting bangkok.
The thing I enjoyed the most is seeing the city from a different perspective, the river! It was truly a beautiful experience that I highly recommend to anyone.

Everything very well organized and friendly staff on board

It was great and professional on time buses. Amazing line trip.
It was easy to get on and off of the bus and you could track the location to be on time. We saw so much with our 3 day ticket
it was fine and we did enjoy the tour around bangkok...c u some other time...
We haven't been able to enjoy the experience at all yet on the Hop on hop off bus. We got on the bus around 2.45pm yesterday. We sat for 45 mins hardly moving so ended up getting off and walking back to our hotel. We have a 24 hour ticket so are now awaiting the bus again at 10.45am. Hopefully we won't wait for too long. There doesn't seem to be any way of tracking the bus. That is essential in this situation. Will fill out another review later today. Monique
Overpriced and under delivered better off on a tuk tuk seen more and cost less
Tikceint experience was awesome but please send QR code in advance as they have asked about QR code to redeem the online ticket.
What did you love about your experience - Everything
We spent a lot of time waiting at the bus stops, 1h 30 min on the bus waiting because of the traffic. I understand that it is not the driver's fault, it is the fault of the cars and of those who design the route. It cannot be that the bus route includes routes that are completely clogged with traffic.
We could not find the bus stop at The Grand Palace. There is no signage. This ruined our day as we then had to pay for another form of transport. Signage needs to be more prominent. We did not see the hop on hop off bus the whole time we were in Bangkok. I would like a refund for non service.
The bus is a good way to get to see places where you would like to visit again. We bought a 2 day pass went all the way there and back then stayed on bus again to get off at MBK Mall. Our 2nd day got the bus again and got off in China Town.
As I got on the 1st bus on stop 13, close to my hotel, it took a long time before the bus arrived it arrived at 11:50. Wouldn't it be better to have multiple buses starting at 10:00 together but at different starting points. E.g. 1 bus starting at 10:00 at stop 1, 1 bus starting at 10:00 at stop 5 and 1 bus starting at 10:00 at stop 10. I think this improves a lot the service and decreases wait time and probably avoid buses to be completely full.
Couldn't hear the bus driver when he was speaking
The bus never showed up we were at boarding spot #1 for over an hour. We saw two elephant tour busses during that period
We really struggled to find our bus and the bus stops. Not clearly marked at all and didn't come with a schedule as to when the next bus would be making it's rounds. Wasted a full day just trying to find the bus. So of our 2 day bus tour , we were only 1 day on the bus. Very disappointed in the voucher and money we lost for a day we really wanted to go sightseeing !
I've done many hop on hop off tours in multiple cities and Bangkok was the worst! First, it only runs from 0900-1600. They say pick ups happen every 35 minutes but we waited 45 min for one stop and 50 min for another stop. Second, they don't automatically stop at each stop. You have to stand up and start walking before the stop so the driver knows to stop. This made it so we missed our first stop for Wat Pho. Luckily it was within walking distance from the next stop, but then we didn't know where the pickup was for Wat Pho so we had to walk all the way back to the next stop. Between all the hassle and the long waits to be picked up, we were only able to go to 4 locations. It would have been so much cheaper for our group to pay for a tuk tuk to go everywhere and we would have had more time to see more locations. Definitely do NOT recommend.

Our guide was great! Jackson was super fun, attentive and knowledgeable. We liked the boat ride too - it allows ya to see and try different foods but it wasn't too commercial and up to us to decide if we wanted to buy anything.
Kat was a lovely guide; warm, friendly and knowledgeable. We opted for the private tour so we could be more flexible with times - highly recommended even if it costs more. I would book with the company again.
Very fun experience with guide tour group.
The floating markets component was amazing, I will definitely do that again. The train market was ok, I'm glad we crossed it off the bucket list but I probably won't do it again, very crowded and could barely see the train when it came past. Tour guide was ok. He didnt apeak much to us on the way but he did make a point of picking clean toilet stops when we needed them. Overall a good experience

Didnt experience them as we missed the day of the shedule and was not informed somehow, the service provider should also somehow have the service of reminder that will be much helpful, as sometimes you have limitted days and get tired and forgot some of the upcoming activities.
The experience did not take place for us, so we would like our money back. The guide drove without us despite our tickets. He didn't write down or look at our names or anything else. What an outrage! We were so looking forward to this experience. If the money is not refunded we will take legal action. We also have witnesses who witnessed the whole incident and can confirm it. We have tried in vain to contact their agency. No one has really responded to our calls/messages.
Tick off 3 of Bangkok's unskippable attractions at an unbeatable price. Visit a floating market, a railway market, and a visit to Elephant Camp.
